You take the lead on planning your wedding, and we’ll come alongside you to design the details, bring your vision to life, and make sure it all comes together beautifully.

Together, we’ll take the ideas you’ve been dreaming about and create a cohesive design for your ceremony and reception. From the layout of your venue to the décor and those beautiful finishing touches, our goal is to make your wedding feel personal, intentional, and completely you.

Then, as your wedding day approaches, you get to hand over the reins.

We’ll step in to coordinate the final details, create and manage your wedding-day timeline, communicate with your vendors, oversee setup, and make sure everything comes together beautifully.

Here’s What’s Included

A. Venue Design & Décor Execution

You provide the vision; we’ll do the designing!

We’ll work with you to create a thoughtful layout and cohesive design for your ceremony and reception spaces, bringing together the décor and special details that reflect your style.

When wedding day arrives, our team handles the decorating and styling so you and your family aren't spending the morning setting tables, arranging décor, or worrying about where everything belongs.

You get to walk in and simply enjoy seeing your vision come to life.

B. Wedding Day Timeline

We create a detailed wedding day itinerary that brings all of the moving pieces together.

Your timeline is shared with your wedding party and vendors so everyone knows where they need to be and when, helping your day flow smoothly from beginning to end.

C. Rehearsal Guidance

We’ll help guide your wedding rehearsal so everyone feels comfortable and prepared before the big day.

We’ll walk your wedding party through the processional, positioning, timing, and other ceremony details so everyone knows exactly what to expect.

D. Wedding Day Management

On your wedding day, we take over the coordination so you don't have to.

From vendor arrivals and setup through your ceremony and reception, we’ll manage the timeline, answer questions, troubleshoot the unexpected, and keep everything moving behind the scenes.

Your job that day is simply to get married and enjoy it.

E. Vendor Communication & Setup Oversight

As your wedding approaches, we’ll communicate with your vendors regarding the important wedding day details, including arrival times, setup needs, and venue logistics.

On the day of your wedding, we oversee vendor arrivals and setup to make sure everything is in place and aligns with the plan we've created together.

F. Ceremony Coordination

We’ll work closely with your DJ or musicians regarding ceremony music, song selections, and cue timing.

We’ll also organize and cue your wedding party for the processional, helping your ceremony begin smoothly and beautifully.

G. Reception Support

We coordinate with your DJ or MC to make sure they have the information they need for introductions and important reception moments, including the correct names and pronunciations of your wedding party.

We’ll also help keep the reception timeline moving so you can simply celebrate.

H. Guest Hospitality

Your guests are part of what makes your day so special.

We’ll warmly welcome and assist them when needed, offering light guidance throughout your celebration so they feel comfortable and cared for.

I. Final Vendor Payments & Gratuities

If you have final vendor payments or gratuities to distribute on your wedding day, entrust them to us.

We’ll make sure they reach the appropriate vendors so you don't have to interrupt your celebration to handle business.

J. Travel

For weddings and events located more than one hour from Abbottstown, Pennsylvania, additional travel expenses will apply.

• Full-Service: Beautiful Promises is involved much earlier and more deeply, helping shape the vision, build the vendor team, plan the details, design the wedding, and coordinate everything through the wedding day.
