From the very first meeting to the final moments of your wedding day, we’re here to support you with care, creativity, and unwavering attention to detail.

With our Full-Service Event Planning package, every detail is thoughtfully managed so you can enjoy a smooth, beautiful, and joy-filled celebration from start to finish.
Here’s what’s included:
Initial Consultation
We begin with an in-depth conversation to understand your vision, budget, and preferences.Vendor Coordination
Reputable vendors. We manage all vendor communication and timelines to ensure everyone is aligned and everything runs smoothly. We handle communications, arrival schedules, venue logistics (load-in/load-out), and setup/teardown coordination.Floral & Design Preview
We provide a complimentary mock-up tabletop featuring floral centerpieces designed by Beautiful Promises, linens, chargers, and décor elements refined until they perfectly reflect your taste and vision.With our upgraded design support, we’ll take care of assembling décor, designing centerpieces, providing linens, candles, and glassware for tablescapes. (Place settings are not included.)
Beautiful Promises will also create and execute your bouquet, as well as arrangements for up to five bridesmaids and groomsmen, and up to five boutonnieres. Extra cost for more attendants in the wedding party as well as guests. Please see florals for some of our looks, or send us a picture of what your special look is.
As your wedding day approaches, we’ll take over the final coordination, managing timelines, vendor communication, and every last detail so you can be fully present and enjoy your celebration with peace of mind.
Custom Wedding Day Itinerary
A detailed timeline will be created and shared with your bridal party and all vendors to keep everyone on the same page.Day-of Coordination & Management
We’ll be onsite to oversee every detail, from vendor setup to the final farewell, ensuring your wedding unfolds exactly as planned.Ceremony & Reception Oversight
We manage full setup for both ceremony and reception spaces and ensure all design details like place cards, menu cards, favors (if used), and guest books are perfectly placed according to your preferences. We can also offer suggestions for modern alternatives to traditional favors and guest books if desired.Music & Processional Support
We coordinate with your musicians and cue the wedding party for a seamless processional.Reception MC Support
We make sure your MC has everything they need, including proper pronunciation of bridal party names for a smooth and confident introduction.Guest Hospitality

One lead assistant is included. Additional assistants, if needed, are available at $20/hour as needed based on guest count and event logistics.Travel Expenses
If this event is more than an hour from Abbottstown, PA, a travel charge of $30 per extra hour on the road to and from the venue will apply.

Partial Wedding Planning: Design + Coordination
This package is ideal for the couple who wants to take the lead in planning their big day but would love the expert guidance and support of Beautiful Promises along the way.
We’ll collaborate with you to bring your wedding vision to life, starting with a detailed venue layout and ending with a beautifully styled celebration. You tell us your ideas, and we’ll make it happen.
With our upgraded design support, we’ll take care of assembling décor, designing centerpieces, providing linens, candles, and glassware for tablescapes. (Place settings are not included.)

Day of Wedding Coordination
You’ve done all the planning now let me take it from here so you can fully enjoy your special day.
Our Day of Coordination service is designed for couples who have everything in place but need a trusted professional to pull it all together. I’ll step in as your point of contact, managing the flow, timing, and details so your day runs seamlessly.
What’s Included:
Custom Wedding Day Timeline
We’ll create a detailed schedule to keep everyone on track, from the first look to the last dance.Vendor Communication & Confirmation
I’ll connect with your vendors before the big day to confirm arrival times, setup details, and logistics.Rehearsal Direction
I’ll lead your ceremony rehearsal to ensure everyone knows their role and feels confident.Ceremony & Reception Flow Management
I’ll oversee the flow of your day, cueing the wedding party, managing transitions, and keeping things running smoothly.Décor Setup Oversight
I’ll supervise the setup of your décor and ensure all personal items (place cards, signage, favors, etc.) are placed as planned.

While I love celebrating all of life’s special moments, my current focus is on weddings and adult events. I do not offer styling for children’s parties at this time.
